Support the Brave Working Families on Strike at Verizon on May 21

As nearly 40,000 striking Verizon workers prepare to enter their third cycle without a paycheck to feed their families, communities throughout the East Coast are showing their support for the largest strike in recent history.

The BCTGM International will be participating in the May 21 National Family Action Day in support of 40,000 families still on strike at Verizon. That is 40,000 American families without health insurance and a paycheck.

BCTGM International President David Durkee urges union members on the East Coast to stand with Verizon workers and their families on May 21. To find an event near you check out this map of planned gatherings:ย http://www.standuptoverizon.com/May21
