CBC Workers Continue their Fight for Justice and a BCTGM Contract

The campaign to become members of the BCTGM that began in 2002 by workers at Consolidated Biscuit Co. (CBC) in McComb, Ohio continues. We are confident that in the end these workers will get the Dignity, Justice and Respect they deserve though a BCTGM contract.

How did this all get started?

In 2002, when workers at the CBC plant in McComb, Ohio decided they wanted a say in the working conditions, wages and benefits that affect their lives and families, they called the BCTGM.

What is a Union?

A union is a group of workers who join together to achieve better wages, better benefits, respect on the job, and a stronger voice in workplace decisions. With the help of a union, workers negotiate a contract with their employer to ensure these things.
