• Roadside assistance service applies to licensed 4 wheel private passenger automobiles, pickup trucks, and vans listed on your Union Plus AIG Auto Insurance Policy at the time of disablement (or purchased by you in the prior 30 days which will be listed on your Union Plus AIG Auto Insurance Policy)

• 24-hour roadside assistance service is limited to 5 service calls per vehicle per calendar year. Service provided by Union Plus AIG Auto Insurance applies to labor only. Parts (tires, batteries, belts, etc.) and gasoline are not included.

Emergency Travel & Medical Assistance

Wherever you travel in the United States or Canada, your Union Plus AIG Auto Insurance policy travels with you … and provides immediate emergency travel and medical assistance in any number of travel situations.

• Travel and Emergency Medical Assistance services provided by AIG International Services, Inc.
• AIG Security Advantage travel and medical emergency assistance services are provided at no charge however any actual out-of-pocket expenses (medical, travel, etc.) are the responsibility of the policyholder.

Identity Theft Restoration Service

Restoring the damage done to your name and credit standing after identity theft is a time-consuming- and costly - process. Identity theft restoration help is only a toll-free call away. Call 1-800-381-5407 for all Union Plus AIG Auto Insurance Policyholders.

• AIG Security Advantage services include Identity Theft Restoration Kits if you suspect you've been victimized by ID theft. This detailed package can help you determine if your identity has been stolen … and provide you with step-by-step instructions to restore your good name.
• An identity theft personal case manager will be assigned to any Union Plus AIG Auto Insurance policyholder whose identity has been stolen. This manager will act as your personal advocate and help you navigate through the identity recovery process.
